• Driver information: licence details (at rental stage)
• Payment information: processed through secure third-party processors
• Website usage data: collected through analytics tools
• Communication records: emails, form submissions

4. How We Use Your Information

We collect and use personal information only for:

• Responding to inquiries and partner onboarding requests
• Processing and administering vehicle rental agreements
• Coordinating insurance replacement rentals with authorized insurers and adjusters
• Billing and invoicing including split billing with insurers
• Complying with legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

5. Consent

By submitting information through our contact form or entering into a rental agreement, you expressly consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting admin@carvia.ca, subject to legal and contractual obligations.

6. Disclosure to Third Parties

• Insurance companies and adjusters (for claim-linked rental authorization)
• Body shops and collision centres (for repair status coordination)

We retain personal information for a minimum of seven (7) years from the date of last activity, or as required by applicable law and insurer contract obligations.

We employ industry-standard technical and administrative safeguards to protect personal information. Our technology operations are managed by VoxTN Managed Technology Services.
