Pre-Launch Notice
These Terms are published for pre-launch informational purposes. Final terms will be confirmed prior to commercial launch. No rental services are currently being actively offered.

1. Parties
These Terms govern your use of carvia.ca and, upon commercial launch, any rental services offered by 15093091 Canada Inc., operating as Carvia.
2. Website Use
This website is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to use carvia.ca for any unlawful purpose or to attempt unauthorized access to any part of our systems. All content is the property of 15093091 Canada Inc.
3. Pre-Launch Status of Services
All services described on this website are planned and subject to final insurance approval, operator licensing completion, and operational onboarding. Carvia makes no representation that any described service is currently available to the public.
4. Rental Agreement (Future)
Upon commercial launch, all vehicle rentals will be governed by a separate Rental Agreement signed at time of booking or pickup. Key planned terms include: minimum age 21 years, valid Ontario or Canadian licence required, vehicle inspection at pickup and return, HST applicable on all rental charges.
5. Insurance Replacement Terms
Insurance replacement rentals are subject to insurer authorization, approved rate caps, vehicle class restrictions, and authorization period limits. Carvia does not guarantee the outcome of insurance claims or coverage decisions. Claimants remain responsible for any charges not covered by their insurer.
6. Taxes
Carvia is registered for HST in Ontario, Canada. Applicable HST will be charged on all taxable supplies at the prevailing rate.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Ontario law, Carvia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or reliance on information contained herein.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
